How do I make a reservation?

Simply fill out the reservation form and you will be directed to payment section. An e-voucher will be sent to your e-mail account. Please print it out and bring it with you.
Do I need to make a reservation?
All passengers with reservation has a confirmed vehicle or seat (in the shuttle), inmediate departure. Passengers with no reservation must wait until the next available vehicle, specially during peak hours (7am to 11 am)
What if I misplace the e-voucher or didnt receive it?

You will need to present a photo ID our representative upon arrival.
Where are you located?
We are located at EZE ( Terminal A - Terminal B) / AEP airports right after luggage claim. After you go through immigration, pick up your luggage and pass customs, we are the first stand. Manuel Tienda Leon
What to do upon arrival?
Please contact one of our agents at the Manuel Tienda Leon booth, which is located after baggage claim and immigration . We don't hold signs with your name.
What if the plane is delayed, cancelled or I miss it?

Our staff is at the airport until the last plane arrives for the day. Don't worry about calling us; we will be awaiting your arrival.

Is it possible to make a stop during my transfer, for instance to drop luggage or go for shopping?
Stops only in private services are charged at $25 USD for up to a maximum of 40 minutes waiting time and they have to be requested prior arrival. It is not a sightseeing or tour service.
How long do I have to wait at the airport?
None, inmediate departure for private services. For shuttle service check timetable.
How long does it takes to go from EZE to AEP?
It takes about an hour during normal traffic conditions in private services. For shuttle service check timetable.

We will schedule the pick up time on the confirmation we email you, depending if it is a domestic or internation flight, if it is in the shuttle or private service.
Is there a problem if I arrive to a hotel and departure from a different one?
No problem at all. Price is the same for all areas as long as they are in the metro area. The shuttle service has a limited area for pick up / drop off.
What kind of vehicles do you have?

We have imported sedans and 8 passengers vans, and 42 seatas buses for large groups. All of them are new and in impeccable conditions.

It all depends on location and traffic conditions, can be from 30 minutes to 1 hour in private service or up to 1:30 - 2 hours in the shuttle
What if I am in a wheel chair?
You will need to request a private van. We remove seats to have plenty of space.
What if I have a lot of luggage, like golf clubs, surfboard or a bike?
We suggest a private van service if you have fragile stuff or bulky luggage. One piece of luggage allowed in the shuttle

* You can also check your flight status on the monitors located at the arrivals and departures hall.
* Passengers are advised not to leave their personal belongings unattended inside the airport.
* Moreover, passengers are advised to use only the transportation services authorized by the airport (the ones available at the authorized stands).
* In the event of any inconvenient, passengers are kindly requested to go to the Information Desk.
*If you choose to have something to eat or drink inside the airport, we request you to ask for the relevant slip or voucher.
* If you are about to fly, please remember you are not allowed carry in your hand baggage any dangerous item such as sharp elements, aerosols, and the like. Therefore, we urge you to contact the airline staff before checking any baggage on hold.As far as baggage excess is concerned, the applicable fee will vary according to the different airlines. Therefore, you should check it with the carrier.Passengers are advised not to get inside the airport facilities with animals. In the event a passenger takes a pet with him, the pet should stay in the cage that is to be used for its transportation.
* Passengers are kindly requested to check with the airline if baggage is to be screened before wrapping and sealing any suitcase.
* Baggage carts should not be taken to the escalators. Moreover, they should not be used to carry children.
* Passengers are advised to keep all the vouchers for the purchases made abroad.
* Verify the size of you carry-on luggage since it should not be bigger than the size of the compartment of the airplane you are about to board to avoid any problem in trying to locate it during the flight.
